Our Benefit Plan was created specifically for our uninsured patients. For an annual fee, most preventative services will be covered at no additional cost to the patient. If a patient chooses to renew the plan, they will simply pay the annual fee and continue to receive the same benefits! Additional family members will be offered discounted rates to sign up.

The fee must be paid in full before benefits can be applied. Each member will have benefits for exactly one year from time of signing up. Members of a plan do not all have to sign up at the same time.

Who administers this plan?
This plan is 100% administered in-house. This will create hassle-free experiences for the patient and us! As such, there are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no claim forms!What if I need a deep cleaning?
Periodontal maintenance and scaling & root planing, are not included in the “routine cleaning” portion of the plan. However, the 20% discount will still apply.What if I need dentures?
While you may not gain the benefit of having an annual cleaning, you would still gain discounts for the denture itself and any needed adjustments. We also recommend seeing patients with dentures at least once per year for an oral cancer screening.
